CANCELLATIONS: We are asking for 72 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel 71-48 hours before your appointment you will be charged a $25 fee to reschedule, any less notice then that will be a $50 fee to reschedule. (Sickness and family emergency do not apply) LATE ARRIVAL We will always try to accommodate you if you're running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. If you know you are going to be late, please call or send a message so we can adjust accordingly. If you are able to make it in time for us to move forward with the entirety of your service, wonderful! If not, we may have to forgo certain parts of your service so we can stay within your appointment time. If you are more than 15min late, it will be considered a no show and need to be rebooked with a $50 rebooking fee
